DMCA Policy

fnaf3.io respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material presented on this site infringes your copyright, send a complete notice so we can review it.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to copyright complaints involving text, images, page assets, and game-related content displayed, embedded, or linked through fnaf3.io. Incomplete or vague notices slow review, so specific page URLs matter.

For clarity, posting this page is not the only step that may be required for broader U.S. DMCA safe-harbor compliance. Operational steps such as designated-agent registration and ongoing notice handling are separate from the page copy itself.

What to Include in a DMCA Notice

Your notice should include all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or URLs on fnaf3.io where the material appears.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Where to Send the Notice

Email notices to support@fnaf3.io with the subject line DMCA Notice - fnaf3.io. If your complaint covers multiple URLs, include all of them in one message.

Counter Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction required under applicable DMCA rules and will accept service of process from the complaining party or its agent.

Repeat Infringement and Other Requests

We may remove content, disable access, or limit use of the site where repeated infringement concerns are identified. Trademark, impersonation, privacy, or general support issues should be sent through the normal Contact page unless they are also tied to a copyright claim.
